How do I stick the charms on?

It's really easy – I promise! ✨

  • Metal charms: Peel off the protective film, stick on, press firmly – done!
  • Rubber charms: They adhere best with a small dab of the included special adhesive. Apply the adhesive to the back, position the charm, press gently, and let it dry briefly.

This way, everything stays safely where it belongs. 💪

Can I remove the charms again?

PopCharms are made for lasting glam. 💅 Once applied, they stay permanently on your case. So, place them wisely—your style will last!

Which cell phone models do you offer?

We offer all popular iPhone models – from the iPhone 11 to the latest generations. 📱

Do you have a different model? Feel free to get a suitable case yourself. Important: It should be made of a hard material (e.g., polycarbonate) – the charms won't adhere well to silicone or soft cases.

Are the cases robust?

Yes! 💪 Our cases have edge protection, are shock-resistant, and fit perfectly in your hand thanks to the non-slip material. The side buttons are stable and easy to use. Each case is carefully tested – stylish AND safe. 📱✨

How long does shipping take?

We ship directly from Germany with DHL. Your order will usually arrive within 1–2 business days .

Do you also ship to other EU countries?

Of course – we ship EU-wide with DHL!

Clean your case gently—ideally with a cotton swab or a slightly damp cloth. Please avoid harsh cleaners.

Treat your case with care: Constantly squeezing it into tight pockets or rough handling can leave marks. With a little care, your PopCharms case will stay like new for a long time. ✨

How do I attach cell phone charms or phone bracelets?

Can I exchange the charms?

Our products are individually assembled and therefore non-returnable. 💔

But: If something arrives damaged or you have a problem, just contact us – we'll take care of it right away! 💌
